The aim of this project is to improve this model in collaboration with the neurobiological group of Prof. Rolfs at university Rostock.One question is to reproduce and extend the recently published results by mathematical modeling and computer simulations on the basis of new experimental data for neuronal steam cell differentiation. Special attention will be directed to the existence and function of feedback loops in the pathway.
