PROJEKT: The MARIE project is funded as part of the BBSRC Exploiting Genomics Initiative, and is concerned with the analysis of microarray data. The work is split into: experimental design, pre-processing (quality control, filtering, normalisation), visualisation, clustering, gene network modelling. A particular emphasis is on microarray time series.

Although the methodologies we develop are generic, we are using two benchmark data sets for a eucaryotic system (herpes virus) and a bacterial system (Streptomyces).
